Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the PhotoRelay app and website (“PhotoRelay”). By using PhotoRelay you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Mac App Store version
- The Mac App Store version is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- The Pro unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and can be shared through Apple Family Sharing.
2. Direct version (Lemon Squeezy)
- PhotoRelay Unlimited, downloaded from our website, is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime use on up to 2 Macs owned by the same user. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing photorelay.app@gmail.com.
3. Google Photos and third-party services
PhotoRelay uploads to your own Google Photos account. Your use of Google Photos is governed by Google’s own terms and is subject to your Google storage quota and limits. PhotoRelay is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google. Apple, macOS, Mac and Photos are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC.
4. Limitation of liability and backups
PhotoRelay is designed to protect data integrity by only removing local items after Google Photos has confirmed the upload. Even so, you are encouraged to keep independent backups of important libraries before you confirm any file deletion. The software is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from its use.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
